These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://beltharintelligence.com, as well as any applications, integrations, tools, marketing systems, or services provided by Belthar Intelligence (“Belthar Intelligence”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing our website, using our services, or authorizing our applications to connect with third-party platforms, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
Belthar Intelligence provides digital marketing, advertising, lead generation, marketing automation, analytics, consulting, website and landing page development, and related business services.
Our services may include, among other things:
- Google Ads management
- Meta/Facebook advertising
- Landing pages and websites
- Search engine optimisation
- Content marketing
- Lead tracking and reporting
- Marketing automation
- CRM integrations
- Artificial intelligence-assisted marketing tools
- Sales and lead follow-up systems
Specific services provided to a client may be governed by a separate proposal, invoice, quotation, agreement, or contract.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separate written client agreement, the written client agreement will take priority for that engagement.
2. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms including Google, Meta, WhatsApp and other advertising, analytics, communication, CRM, hosting or software providers.
Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their respective terms, policies and conditions.
Belthar Intelligence does not control the availability, rules, algorithms, advertising policies, pricing or technical operation of third-party platforms.
3. Google API Services
Certain Belthar Intelligence applications or internal tools may connect to Google services using Google APIs and OAuth 2.0.
Where you authorize access to a Google account or Google Ads account, you grant Belthar Intelligence permission to access only the information and functionality required to provide the requested services.
This may include accessing and managing authorised Google Ads accounts, campaigns, advertising performance information, reporting data and related account information.
We will only use Google user data for providing or improving the functionality requested by the user or client.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

You may revoke our access to your Google account or connected services at any time through your Google account permissions or by contacting Belthar Intelligence.
4. Account Authorisation
You may only connect, authorize or provide access to accounts that you own or that you have legal authority to manage.
You are responsible for ensuring that any information or access credentials provided to us are accurate and authorised.
You must not use our systems to access accounts, information or services without permission.
5. Advertising and Marketing Results
Marketing and advertising results can vary significantly depending on factors including market demand, competition, advertising budget, pricing, business operations, sales processes, customer response, platform algorithms and third-party policies.
Unless specifically stated in a separate written agreement, Belthar Intelligence does not guarantee any particular level of:
- Revenue
- Profit
- Leads
- Sales
- Patients or customers
- Advertising return
- Search engine ranking
- Campaign performance
Historical results, case studies and examples shown on our website are not guarantees of future performance.
6. Advertising Spend
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google or Meta is separate from Belthar Intelligence’s professional service fees.
Advertising payments made directly to third-party platforms are governed by the policies and billing terms of those platforms.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their business, products and services.
Clients are also responsible for ensuring that their business activities, advertising claims, services and materials comply with applicable laws and industry regulations.
Where marketing performance depends on client actions, including responding to leads, sales follow-up, appointment handling or customer service, Belthar Intelligence cannot be responsible for outcomes caused by failure to perform those activities appropriately.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Belthar Intelligence retains ownership of its proprietary systems, frameworks, processes, software, automation workflows, templates, methodologies and internal tools.
Clients retain ownership of their existing trademarks, business information, brand assets and other materials supplied to Belthar Intelligence.
Final ownership or licence rights for custom websites, creative materials or other deliverables may be specified separately in the relevant client agreement.
9. Acceptable Use
You must not use our website, applications or services:
- For unlawful or fraudulent activities
- To gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts
- To distribute malicious software
- To interfere with our infrastructure or services
- To violate the rights of another person or organisation
- To violate the terms or policies of connected third-party platforms
We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe our services are being misused.
10. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, use, store, disclose and delete personal information.
11. Availability of Services
We aim to maintain reliable services, but we cannot guarantee that our website, applications, integrations or third-party services will always operate without interruption.
Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, software updates, technical issues, platform changes or circumstances outside our control.
12. Disclaimer
Our website and services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
Information provided through our website or services should not be considered legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice unless specifically stated otherwise.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Belthar Intelligence will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our website, applications or services.
This includes losses arising from third-party platform outages, advertising account suspensions, policy changes, algorithm changes or actions taken by external service providers that are outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under Malaysian law.
14. Termination
You may stop using our website or applications at any time.
Belthar Intelligence may suspend or terminate access to its applications or services where necessary because of misuse, security risks, non-payment, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law or violation of third-party platform policies.
Termination of paid client services may also be governed by a separate client agreement.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements or third-party platform requirements.
The latest version will be published on this page together with its effective date.
Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
